Massage was soooo good! This is how I am spending my not smoking money. Now, I am watching the Presidential Debate and I have to say, it is very much something that makes me want to smoke right now. Actually the only reason I am watching is this time they were supposed to mute the microphones when these guys over their time,  it she hasn’t done it yet. Anyway, so I am taking a break here!

So, the candidates for President of US, had a debate that was on television tonight and I was watching it and it was stressful and made me think of how before I would go out and smoke instead of watch two grown men argue. 
They had a debate a few weeks ago, and it turned into a mess with one of them not stopping when his time was up, interrupting the other one constantly, and it ended up just being a very bad example for what is our highest political office. So this time, they had it set up to turn off the microphones when the person’s time was up so this wouldn’t happen again and be such a circus show. So, the only reason I watched tonight was to see how they reacted to playing by the rules. I hope that helps! It isn’t something that matters really, it was just a point of how some things still make me want to smoke. I didn’t though, so don’t worry! You are up late again. Are you working?

That one may be harder to find, but ask at the health food store. It is called “Jun Kombucha”. It is harder to get here too. You could always order a SCOBY and make your own! I would recommend trying it first as if you don’t like it, you shouldn’t bother making it. If you do though, and decide you want to make it, I will tell you where to get a SCOBY. There is a place in California and she ships all over the world. 

Yes Lorie.. Politics!not interested. Not my cup of coffee. I have some sleep issues Lorie. As i work two days night, on the day after my second shift, i use to sleep and a result of that, sleeplessness on the following night. However, i manage my sleep for a whole 7 hours by getting up late. I know its unhealthy.but not so unhealthy as smoking for sure!i was just hearing your fav fight song as i was going through Lukes page. We somehow fall under the same age group. So its reflecting. But i am so proud of him. He started smoking in 14! Oh!at the age of 14,i havent seen what we call cigarettes!havent ever thought of. I really enjoyed the music. The lyrics are so powerful. What are your thoughts on smoking weed Lorie? Are they addictive as cigarettes. I have tried it a few times with a friend of mine. Not had after quiting though.Just thought of having an ocassional puff once a while. I am afraid as will it bring back cigarettes to my life?In Canada, you might know they are legal.What does NOPE mean? Puff stands for all sorts of smokes?
