No, you are just always kind and say nice things. Maybe I’m not that used to it so much. I do have a teenager you know! Actually my daughter is like you. Very sweet and says kind and uplifting things to people. She is a very positive person. That’s an interesting way to say that “always buttering me”. I like that phrase.
Yes, it was a good run! But I think I wore too much as it was like 60° out and sunny and I should have worn short sleeves and shorts. It was a beautiful day. Right now I am a little stressed. Our Governor has declared a State of Emergency and for my city in particular. When I was downtown all of the businesses were boarding up their windows and the bookstore I wanted to go was closed for this. This isn’t politics talk one way or the other, but is the reality right now. It makes me really sad and want to be far away. I am not good at all of the division and expected violence. Hopefully it won’t happen and it is over preparing. But even thinking about it makes me anxious. And when someone who used to smoke dealt with their anxiety by smoking, it becomes harder not to feel the Nicodemon calling. Don’t worry Joel, I won’t give in. I know I won’t, but it is the having to deal with it unnecessarily that makes me sad and yes, mad too. Anyway, thank you for listening as I write out my stress. Thank you for the well wishes!

I would love to bring the teenager the teenager hiding in you.No offense.thankyou so much Lorie to hear that my words are comforting for you.i want you to be comfortable and keep your stress and panic at bay.its a real painful aspect about the politics.the division and straight one side vs the other.Todays politics is never capable to consider all the people into the system.so sad.but lets hopefully hope for a better tomorrow.Wow its going to be election in America..cheer up Lorie,i bet your vote is gonna be counted.Last day,i watched a video about Mr.President Trump's success secret and came to know that he keeps things simple.he never uses a word that is complicated.for example he uses Law for legislature and job for employment. And many more. His speech is so simple and energetic that a 5 year child could understand.seems interesting right? But i never agree to what quitalicious said.We actually dont need a non smoking political leader to stick as non smokers, right? But it really matters when if there comes an imposing rule by a powerful leader or the government that everyone in the planet should smoke off their life.Sorry,i am not talking politics here,my knowledge is a complete zero when it comes to politics.i will better stay silent Lorie
.i am so happy to hear that your daughter is much like me.i am very happy we make the world a positive and beautiful place.we will all join our hands together and will make the world a smoke free place?i will tell more about the food i make, stay tuned Lorie.

Haha! That’s funny. I think I understand what you mean, bring my daughter the teenager inside of me.
You are absolutely correct Joel. When ours and other political systems were developed there was not 7.5 Billion people on the planet. So, for any system to expect to remain the same, with the same ideals and expectations a couple hundred years later and with literally millions more people in our nation alone, and all of the technological complexities and many other advancements that have come along, is just folly. It is pure ignorance and stagnation to have these expectations here or anywhere really. Yes, it is true what you said about the speech as well. To me, this again speaks to ignorance and it is profoundly sad that nearly half of the people here or anywhere can be affected and influenced by such simplicity. It does not speak well of the intellect of this nation. It shows we do not value education more than we do our own individual feelings on a few specific issues and because many are not very educated, it is this oversimplification of specific issues that is all they have to gauge what they feel is important. The big picture is not something humans in general are very good at taking a look at for sure. If we were, we would not have the environmental issues and pending doom environmentally that we have. Again we have found ourselves in a very deep and complex subject! It will be much better to hear about the food you are making for sure!
That subject does not trigger me to want to smoke like politics can. I hope one day to have that not be a trigger as well. So, in the meantime, yes! Let’s hold hands and be more like you and my daughter. It makes the world a much better place that way!

Good morning Joel! Is it time for you to rise and shine yet?
I hope you finally got some peaceful sleep and had very good dreams. Do you remember your dreams? I very rarely do. Hardly ever. I learned when I was using the NRT patch to take it off before bed because it gave me very vivid dreams and I didn’t like it! I like my sleep without dreams. But when awake, having dreams is the best!!

Hello Joe!
Where are you?? You better not be out smoking! That would make me very sad!!
What are cooking for dinner? I am hungry and too lazy now to cook! Maybe you will give me ideas. I will hop over and ask Tiny too as I have not seen her today either...

Hi Lorie, the teenager came twice in my previous message.it was a typing mistake.but i liked the way you guessed it.it makes sense too.Your daughter could bring the teenager inside of you and i could bring the teenager inside of you.what i meant was i would love to bring the young you that lies within you.Yes lets end the politics discussion.i dont know much about it and you know the dark side of politics, that drive you nervous.Talking about the food i consume,i eat a lot of variety of foods.the bread with the hole, pasta with sausage, milk with cornflakes, bread and nutella, tuna sandwich, salmon, chicken, pork, beef, eggs, rice with chiken made spicy, poutine with buffalo sause, pancake and maple syrup, a whole lot of fruits with grapes being my favorite, kiwis comes second and green apple comes third, then comes the banana.i like strawberry and blackberry jam.Peanut butter, dumplings, shrimp, tortilla, dark chocolates, carrots, cabbage, ginger ale, yogurt and many more to list.now these are all familiar to you but i have a lot of other indian cuisine that i eat but i wont describe it hear as it may sound very odd and unfamiliar to you. I would like to hear what you eat Lorie.give special reference to your favorite and if possible, the steps to make it.
I want to give that beautiful hand full of tattoos some work to do.

My favorite is the Salmon, and I make it very simple. I am also very partial to Pacific Salmon and much prefer the way it tastes more than Atlantic Salmon that I grew up on. They are actually quite different. I broil it in the oven. First I poke it with a fork, a lot! To make little holes so when I squeeze lemon on it it goes down into it. Then I grind pepper on it. If there spots that are thin, like near the tail end, I put a tiny bit of butter because that part cooks much quicker in the broiler and will burn fast. Then I put it in the oven set to Broil, with the pan not too far from the top where the broiler heat elements are. Then it about 10 minutes it is done! Very very simple. I love it so much I do not want a lot of extra things on it, or sauce or any of that. It is too good to hide the flavor with those things. I like to make asparagus to have with it too. This I get fresh and use a steamer. Just a little butter and salt when it is done. Usually I have a salad too. Sometimes I will make couscous with it, but not always. I try not to eat that many starchy things. I like things like bread, potatoes, pasta, rice, etc but I do not want all of those kind of carbohydrates very often. My diet is mostly fruit, vegetables, protein like cheese, eggs, milk. I eat beans too. I will eat oatmeal sometimes with turmeric and ginger. That is very good! Sometimes cold cereal. I make soups and will eat that for a few days until it is gone too. I really don’t like to cook much Joe. But I told Tiny about a grilled peanut butter and jam sandwich that I make and put jalapeños on it. It is very good! You can put bacon on it if you want too, but I don’t eat bacon anymore really. You could try this as it is easy! And you only have to clean one pan! That is the best part!
Now I’m going to walk. It is warm here now for some reason and not raining. So a perfect night.
Hope you get some rest! It messes up your sleep to work two night shifts and then be off, right?

Good morning Lorie,is it time for you to rise and shine yet?You are a healthy eater indeed.your method of preparation of salmon is very wise.its a good practice to apply butter on areas where it could possibly get burned easily.Applying butter could make it more juicy and well cooked.good job Lorie.you are brave.
Have you ever watched Gorden Ramseys show?it really makes me laugh. He is so particular when it comes to cooking. So,what are your plans today?i hope you are having a good time Lorie.Oatmeal seem to be a delicious and healthy meal.i ate with bananas as seasoning and a bit of peanut butter.i eat small meals through out the day.
