Today is a brand new day and no matter what breathe deeply and say NOT ONE PUFF EVER! We are so much happier not breathing in black tar! My lungs have thanked me lots now!

9 months since this site helped me quit...  I was that guy who everyone  thought was so entrenched in his cig habit that he could NEVER quit.
