Good Morning all,

  So in Wawa this morning getting coffee at work, and a guy I sometimes see asked to bum a smoke. “I’m sorry but I don’t smoke anymore.” Was my answer! That felt SO GREAT TO SAY! 
 

   So today pledging my nope to all, my forum family, the BF, my friends and myself! Who would like to join in? My hand is extended because we are better TOGETHER!

It's a pretty awesome feeling to be able to tell people that you don't smoke anymore...and you should be proud of yourself! Quitting is one of the hardest things you will ever do, but man oh man, it is so worth the struggle!!
