Dear Terri,
Any help on getting information on how to post a milestone? Eleven years and one day..... Bless the Forum for a life saved. Thank you for all you do for our members. Susan Meister Mayer Susan1206

My name is Beverly and I quit 10 days ago. I quit for seven years when I was getting ready for and having children - it seemed easy in retrospect. Quitting for me...another matter. I regret the day I ever picked another one up. But I am glad to find this forum because I am having some weak moments during the days even though I was only smoking about 1 or 2 a day when I finally quit. I am on Chantix and I am so grateful that I started working for me about 2 to 3 months in - I thought it never would kick in fully. I am holding on and love the NOPE mantra!
