There was a time when I would come on here and sign in to the NOPE pledge.  It was my promise that I would not smoke for the day.  I hung onto those words with a glimmer of hope and I never did.  Thanks to this wonderful Forum and my friends, I have been smoke free.  

Yes, I will say NOPE and reach out my hand to the next one who will post.  Not One Puff Ever!    Susan

Susan , even though the day is almost over I join you for the NOPE pledge for May 27th.  My company just left and I am looking forward to a quieter day tomorrow.
