I think it is tomorrow in Portugal, which would make it February 23, 2023.  You know what that means???

3 years of no smoking; 

 3 years of Kicking Butt; 

   3 years of no nicotine addiction!!!

Congratulations my sweet friend!!  I posted another and apparently it was lost!!  Have not been on here in soooo long

Wowza! Is that really possible that it’s been three years? Already? Unbelievable. Even more so is the fact that you girls remembered! Thank you so so much!! 
Susan you hit 3 years back in October. Peggy yours is coming up! Yipeee! Well…I wouldn’t be in this spot without you both. Thank you for being there, holding my hand, propping me up….laughing with me, crying with me…just all of it! And there was a lot of it 

Actually I am in Portland. My daughter just turned 20 last Saturday. No way I was gonna miss that. And today…we have about 4 inches of snow  and it’s still coming down. And it’s freezing cold!  28°! Sure is nice to not go out and smoke.

Thank you Jenny! You are doing great too! Keep it up. It’s so much better in this side. It really gets a ton better around 6 months…just don’t give in!
