Hey Andrew, good to see you're back on track!

All still on track?  Went to that gas station today and got my billion dollar megamillions and a fountain drink.  Didn't even think about grabbing the smokes and only realized that fact after I got home.  Couple words of wisdom that I picked up here is that it is never like you remembered and avoid lighting up those receptacles.

You said " Didn't even think about grabbing the smokes and only realized that fact after I got home"

That's amazing Switt!! Well done! Did you ever think you'd get to this level?

Still on track here. 5 plus weeks. Cravings come and go but they are weird and hard to describe. At times I feel like I want a cigarette but I "forgot" I don't smoke anymore? Then it passes. I don't even know what that is. So strange.

Hey Lisa... i am re-reading this thread. It wakes me up to the reality that quitting really does lead to starting up again with just that one puff. Hoping I can continue to try harder to let go of the lozenges. Thanks for that message!

Switt,

You are doing great !!   I avoided the place I use to buy my smokes for weeks after I quit.  Are you a billionaire now?

Robin,

5 plus weeks, wonderful !!!

I don't know what that "at times I feel like I want a cigarette but I forgot I don't smoke anymore" is called but I still get that sometimes.  Maybe just part of the addiction?  I just tell myself you don't smoke anymore and it goes away quickly.  It comes less in your mind as time goes on .

Hey Molly, I re-read through this thread and saw your posts. You are appreciated. I am still not quite ready to quit yet. I hope you are having a good day. Five years quit... Amazingly phenomenal!

Thanks Molly... I am not ready to quit quit clean and 100% off of them quit, but I am cutting down again and am proud to say that just last week I was up to 12-18 a day, and yesterday I only had 9 and today I had 7. I am still praying and hoping for the best. God bless us all.

Hey Switt, hope you are well! Quitting lozenges seems more doable today. I hit a really rough patch last month, I began using more than 12 a day! Yikes!!! Yesterday and today I used 9 and 7. So I am able to lessen my usage again, which makes me feel really good. I am probably going to quit in the next few weeks but no set date. And that is only a possibility. I feel good because I had a stressful day but stayed at a low dosage. Have a great night.

Hey Anne... I read this message of yours again. It made me feel very good. I have used 7 lozenges today, better than the 12-18 I had been using last week and two weeks ago. I feel proud. My mom is at the hospital. I am waiting at home here for her to call when she needs to be picked up and I have had NO lozenges for the past 3 hours. I might not even have anymore today. God bless us all.
