Hello everyone.... I wanted to start a new thread to encourage all of us, in particular who are anywhere from a few weeks to a few months quit. As well, I want to thank all of the veteran quitters who come to support us and care enough about this forum, when they could just be enjoying their smoke free lifestyles... They still take the time and energy to share stories and inspire us with the success of four year quits, ten year quits, etc. They could have forgotten us since they don't need as much as we do, but here they are continuing to care. You know who you are, and you are so appreciated. Douglas' words to me still resonate: "Make no mistake. You can do this." Someone else just yesterday posted about a successful four year quit, after 46 years of smoking. Anne, diligently gives support and her no nonsense wisdom. And there are more of you. I just don't remember all names. I am continuing to use the lozenges. Some days are better than others. I appreciate you guys so much!!
