I am sure this questions has been asked 1000 times, but could someone please direct me to where the smoke quit meters are so I can try having one when I post. I can't seem to find the section for the signature, either. Could someone be so nice and kind to let me know how to get to these two sections.

We have not found away to get around a signature in the basic membership yet without doing it for every post.  Thanks so much for trying to help.

Another option for basic members is to download the silkquit meter and then hot paste into individual posts by hitting ctrl =  at the same time.

It looks like this:

Thirteen years, nine months, three weeks, five days, 2 hours, 6 minutes and 58 seconds. 126177 cigarettes not smoked, saving $22,081.01. Life saved: 1 year, 10 weeks, 4 days, 2 hours, 45 minutes.

You will have to add it to each post, but it is a simple way to get your stats on your posts.
