Hi SenseShido

How are u doing if I am right you have 20th days left to the one year mark and I have 18 days how are u doing cant believe it we are nearly there.

I started this journey thinking just quit for the day and it went on and on I just stayed in my day and that got me tru. Over the years I would of loved to quit but I just could not get it to stick.

Now when I think about nick deep down I know by just having one I will be back to were I dont want to be.

Sense hold on we will climb this rock together I can see the door were we collect our KEYS.

I am so far down this rabbit hole that I could not even imagine smoking again........

Some days I "feel" a craving.....but I just let it pass knowing it wont do anything for me.

We are almost there........the crest is there.  One year is a first for me.  Smoked from age 13 til last year age 46.......so many milestones have passed this last year.
