joyjoyjoy I don’t know that man, no, but I’m gonna guess his name is Ice T…. Why won’t you try Kombucha? I miss making it. Actually…I went into this Vegan restaurant here a couple of weeks ago with a friend who was visiting and they had the best Kombucha! It made me happy cause the few kinds in the store are not good. 
 

Saurkraut YES! (Also has probiotics just like Kombucha blush)
