Oh, you should try them! Trader Joe’s has some in the frozen section that are still in the pod with a bit of salt. Just thaw some in the fridge and then…enjoy! They’re good for you too!

I like the corn both ways but would pick grilled today yum with butter of course…

With shell.  I remember my grandmother brining walnuts & chestnuts over. Told us not to use the nutcracker, since it was good exercise to break with our hands. Not sure that made any sense :)

grin WOW, Grandma must have had some strong hands! The only nuts I could crack open with my hand were peanuts and pistachios.

The concept was to use one to break another. She didn't like technology. Used a wooden spoon to make mashed potatoes and whipped cream. Told my bother a blender ruined food. :)

Sunflower, though I'm not sure I could taste the difference. 

Granola or muesli.

Granola (I am from Portland, lol joyjoyjoy) You can use a blender to make mashed potatoes??? I use this funny metal doohickey thingy by hand, I thinks it’s called a potato masher
