Hey Bev

Happy New Year!!

I do hope that 2018 is the year you manage to quit smoking one day at a time forever.  I know you can do it.

I've been looking back through some of your old posts and particularly during November 2016 which I believe was when you started a long quit of 7-8 months.  One thing that struck me was your sheer determination at that time.  You would not allow anything or anyone to ruin your quit.  I am totally confident that you can get that determination back again.  Try to lose the 'I'll smoke when I have money and quit when I'm broke' mentality.  Just quit and stay quit whatever your circumstances are.

Looking forward to speaking to you a lot over the next few weeks.  We are all here to support you and we all know that you can do this!!!

Sue,

Happy New Year to you too!

I've been thinking a lot about that quit myself. It was hell because I was having really bad anxiety issues and I was adjusting to an additional medication. I have that under control now. So, it will be tough for a while, but I know if I stick to my guns and will reach a state of peace. There will be no smoking this year.

Hey Bev

It's wonderful to hear you say that.  As I said, I know you can do it and you know you can do it so, it's really simple - just do it.  Everyone wants to you succeed.

Thinking of you.
