Greetings March Warriors 2018 Group!
Welcome to your kickoff buddy group thread! This is a place for you to continue to get quit help, information and just hang out and get to know one another.
As we like to say around here, an educated quit is a successful quit - so keep reading and absorb everything you can on this site, the forum and elsewhere around the web. Arm yourself with knowledge and it will help you start the work of changing your relationship with your old smoking habit. Once you do that, you are on your way.
Settle in and get comfortable. This is your home base, but as always, the entire forum is here for you. ;-)
((((( March Warriors 2018)))))
Hugs to all of you.

Hi everyone. So Cindy? Your story inspires me. How is it going? Has your husband tried to quit again or is it just u doing this fight?
As for me day 15 and still no cigarettes. I have a doctors appointment at 11:30 to have them look at my swollen ankles but they don't think it's due to the quitting smoking. I have no idea what else it could be thou.
Keep on keeping on everyone.

I'm doing well. Good luck at your doctor appointment. Be sure to let us know what they say.
I think he's only smoking 1 or 2 a day and he's not doing it around me. It just makes me feel stronger and empowered that I've had NONE and almost at 4 weeks! I'm proud of myself and you should be proud of yourself too! I still have my junkie moments (especially when I'm ANGRY...like yesterday) but I'M NOT GOING TO DO IT! I'm not going back to Day 1. Let him keep smoking...my quit is ALL MINE!!

That's awesome Cindy. Good for you. My doctor put me on potassium and lasics? for 10 days and wants me to weigh myself once a day and see what happens. So we will see.
