Hello,

I am officially at 1 month to go!  November 3rd!  31 days left! 

Very excited to cross that threshold.

I have a few moments from time to time but I have no real interest in smoking.  The thought of smoking is actually worse than the craving to do it.  The smell of cigarette smoke is disgusting to me now, which is crazy because when I smoked I always assumed ex-smokers were just being self righteous when they complained about it.  Nope, smells just like burning poison. 

Congrats to everyone over the next two months!

HUGE CONGRATULATIONS ON 11 MONTHS SMOKE FREE! One more month to that one year celebration! Soon you'll all be arriving at the Clubhouse and become part of the 7% Club.  You’re doing amazing and I’m so happy for all of you. That is fantastic Steve !! Hold the course . It gets soooo much easier down the line. Youre fighting the good fight and doing this!  

Congratulations to you Steve!   You are doing awesome.  November 3rd is just a few weeks away.  I am celebrating 20 months Smoke free this month on the 25th.  I also can’t stand cifpgarette smoke anymore.  Rather strange since I smoked for 42 years.   I’m off in the distance cheering you on.

Thanks!  I have to be honest it really has gotten very easy the last couple months.  Smoking just seems like poison to me now.  I do miss that errant sense of excitement I used to have prior to smoking but that is about it.  When I first quit all I wanted was SERENITY, I have achieved that and feel confident.
