Hey NOPEvembers 2018, 

     CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF YOU ON ONE YEAR SMOKE FREE! Quitting is one of the hardest things we can do but you stayed strong and YOU DID IT! You are all part the 7% Club this month. This is such a great achievement! Welcome to the Clubhouse. You have so much to be proud of and your journey will inspire and encourage so many others. I hope all of you have a wonderful time celebrating this special and amazing milestone, and I wish each of you the best as you continue on your smoke free journeys. YAY! ALL OF YOU!
