Hi my friend,
You are doing awesome! Only a couple more steps until the big house!

That is so great! Congratulations and well done!!! I am only 6 months but I am so happy to be on this quit journey. I have no NRT's or slips or lapses or even sorrow or depression. I don't miss smoking at all. I do hear though that the 8 to 11 months can be quit challenging. Have you found this to be true? Sometimes I thing that my quit journey is far too simple and maybe there is a cliff waiting for me. Would love to hear your input on your journey at this time.
Congrats and keep on keepin on, as they say.
Cheers

Happy Quit Smoking milestone celebration day! I hope the only smoke you smell is from the fireworks, assuming you do that kind of celebrating. I hope the only reminder that you smoked is when you get this message from me saying you are doing AWESOME!

Hi Susan thank you for your lovely message xx
I am feeling great, it’s the best decision ever!
How are you Susan?

That is wonderful to hear, Linda. I’m doing fantastic physically and easily knocking off any of those thoughts of wanting to smoke. I am choosing to celebrate my successes rather than mire in the negative! I have never been quit this for this long and it is a fantastic feeling! You take care and stay healthy.
