Very pretty music, I bookmarked it. What kind of dog is Pepa ? I have a little girl named Misty. She is a Westie and my baby.

Thank you guys so much. Turns out it was just a misunderstanding and I now have in writing that my apartments won't tow my car yayyy. It's just stressful to not know when your car might disappear and triggered the junkie thinking entirely. I'm so glad I didn't cave and by tomorrow I can say I'M 1 WEEK FREE!

Hi Brenda,
It's great to see that you are still trying to reach your permanent freedom. Never give up!

Hey Brenda yeah I think it might be the quitters flu. I also considered the fact that it’s fall allergy season and I usually get some little symptoms during this time. I took some Zyrtec just to be sure. I did leave work today and cuddled with my little one. She’s four months old. I also have a four-year-old who was at pre-K today. I just finished reading her a story and now I’m laying in bed. Thank God for another day smoke-free.

I'm sure things will look very, very different in 363.25 days. ;) Not quite 45 hours into nicotine withdrawal, it looks...unproductive. I've worked about 3 hours (freelance) in the last two days.
Think there's /anyone/ else on here who's dropping the nicotine before the smoking?
No foolin', I'm half convinced y'all will kick me off or at least ridicule me if you know I haven't actually quit smoking. Dangit, though, if I'm gonna feel like this, I'm gonna count it.
So I'm 44.75 hours free. Here goes nothin'.

Hi Dee,
Back again for another try at quitting, there is one huge major advantage in this quit over all others, my partner has quit also after a hospital scare/visit on Tuesday night so we are dueling banjos so to speak. No cigarettes in the house, no easy temptations lurking around the corner. I want to wish all quitters the utmost in success, remembering patience in the process, this is not an event.
Kind regards
Anthony
One day, 6 hours, 7 minutes and 50 seconds. 26 cigarettes not smoked, saving $28.92. Life saved: 2 hours, 10 minutes.

Day 3. The best part of this journey is that I already feel I have more self-respect.
