Yep. I catch myself at times having that associated thought to smoke. But then Im like wait no I don't smoke. So breaking those associations is a good thing to replace with a distraction. Best thing to do is say nope I don't do that anymore and focus on something else don't dwell on it.

No I have the card but some stores can enter your phone number at the cash register and it will work. Or they can scan the coupon on your phone.  Ok thank you.

I have the same tough spots:  first thing in the morning and when I come home from work.  I quit on the 21st, so still in early weeks.  I have been getting into the shower first thing, and I found it helps.  I'm still loving not smoking in the morning.  Gosh, it feels like such freedom.  I freaked one day at work because it was stressful, but also because I actually needed a little caffeine.  I've been able to blend some decaf and regular.   But a huge hit of caffeine would probably send me into a super crave.

I've found that it's true:  the more time that goes by, the stronger you get.  If you relapse, just get back on it.  Don't  want to lose your quit muscle.  It atrophies, just like other muscles, if you don't use it.  I learned that the hard way!  Best of luck.  You can do this!  Even if it sucks, you can still do it.

Congrats on 22 hours! See, you can do this!

I find evenings hard too. Paula's yoga is a wonderful idea. I've started doing online guided meditations; some for relaxation and some for visualization for a goal, which of course, for me, is to picture myself as a non smoker. what does that look, smell, taste and feel like? what do you do now that you aren't a smoker, etc.

If you're tired, then sleep if you can. I think a lot of us on here are sleeping more than normal. Our bodies and minds are going through some serious changes.

Keep it up!
