The name of the game right now is distract, distract , distract ! Every time you have an urge to smoke or find yourself thinking about it, get up and move, do anything to distract yourself. It works. Don't think to far ahead, just stay in the moment. It does get easier

I love meditation I will check that out. How are you. I wanted to be here for Icandothis when she hits 24 hours. So if my words start not making sense its because Im seeing double. Lol

I'm doing pretty good. I have found the last 2 nights that my breathing gets easier in the late evening. I wonder if the Zyban gets weaker in my system or something. I'm not taking anymore of those pills
