Thanks so much to both of you! Boy it has definitely been a bumpy ride! I am still a lil unsure of when that peace comes, but I know ONE THING.......I will not have a puff ever! NOPE! I know for me that THAT is not an option! If I do I will be back full blown smoking in no time. So I have reluctantly accepted that I am an addict. And the only way to stay smomber is not not ever indulge! 
 

***side note I have 2 more pounds to lose to get back to my before smoking/Covid weight! Yeah. This is my new focus!

How does it feel???

Thank you.  I told someone the other day that I do still have moments I miss it but they don't last and I feel so much better.  I don't get proud of myself usually  but this is certainly an accomplishment and I am proud.

Hey Chris......congratulations on 1 year! Yes I still think about it too.......we smoked for SO LONG, that I think it may take some time for me at least to really feel like I am a non smoker.

Believe me very happy to have quit , but still waiting for the “peace.”

Just remember its the drug not the taste, smell or the fact we were burning our lungs and filling ourselves with chemicals.  Neither of us want that ever again.

Oh my Chris....you absolutely should be SO PROUD of yourself!!! For this and many other things I’m certain! I will be one next week and there are moments I’m still not sure about this. Ugh! Gonna do it but like Eve, no peace for me either, lol!  Ahhh...perhaps it is one of those “no rest for the wicked” things, haha.
