Yes, I have 3 kitties and a small dog. I love animals very much and cannot imagine life without them. This one’s brother was kind of chubby, but this one is not. They were both big boys though, part Maine Coon and in his prime this one weighed about 17 pounds. Now he is a waif. My younger two are brother and sister and they are just right. I try not to let them get too chubby as like for us, it isn’t healthy. They all sleep with me too and I love it. Purring all night.

Mondays and tuesdays, i work night shifts Lorie. Its 1:20 here and i have my breaks now.smokers everywhere!they rush for their fix during their breaks. I am glad i am different. Yes, they like to sleep with me, and I like it too. That is the thing about smoking. Always the stress of the next fix. Sometimes planning while still having one! Ugh. It creates so much stress really. Yes, be glad to not do this.

I just got back from my walk. It is definitely Fall weather and chilly. 

My Stepson is good! He lives in Seattle, so I don’t see him all the time, but usually once a month or so. We are quite close. His dad, my daughter’s dad, lives here in Portland. I don’t see him much either. Actually the last couple of years since my daughter is older I don’t. I’m ok with that. 
Do you have classes in person too or not because of Covid?

No Lorie, we have online classes in Microsoft Teams. And occasionaly we must visit the college for certain subjects as we need computer servers as networking students.i am so proud of you Lorie. You are indeed a strong women.keep up the good work. I hope you had a better sleep?are you going to the Vet today? How is your kittens?

Im glad to hear your classes are like this. It is safer right now. No, we don’t need to go to the vet, but we do have to give him some IV fluids. The vet taught us how to do this before and my daughter is good with it. Me not so much, so maybe I’m not so strong as you think! Haha!
I have a work thing to go to this afternoon and won’t be back till later. I hope your day is just the best and that you are very proud of yourself! You should be!!!

Hi Lorie, i just watched the 1st episode of Kims conveniance. Its worth laughing.Not much thrills and suspenses.. Its so funny that Kims giving 15%discount to the gay and his ability to understand people who just pretends to be gay to catch the discounts

Right, not much suspense. But very funny! It will build some drama as it goes too, but I do t want to spoil. It is one of those fun shows that just makes you relax and not have a heavy heart. I love the mom! I love how she handles the dad.. Watch a few and let me know your thoughts. You will have many laughs I think at least.

Yes...I am concerned about Covid. I think we all should be. Largely, most people do ok.  And the death rate has gone down as we learn more. Still, it is more deadly than influenza for sure. And much more unpredictable. That is the thing; the unpredictability. There are a lot of things we see now in people that had it a few months ago. Trouble with blood clots and all kinds of stuff. There are possibly some long term mental effects and chronic fatigue. I think the most scary thing, like I said in another post, is you can have an 80 year old do ok, and a 30 year old die or go on a ventilator. Plus here, there are a lot of added unexpected medical expenses. Our health care system is abominable for the nation we are and is largely built solely on profit for insurance companies. I will leave it at that as I don’t want to start a political argument here with anyone for sure, but suffice it to say, our system is broken. I will add, I do not know the answers to fixing it. It is a very complex problem! 
Kitty is doing better today, yay! This makes me happy. 
How many days do you work a week? So it is hard still to see people go out for smoke breaks? Well, celebrate that you do not need to do this! You can actually relax for real and feel peaceful. So nice, right?
