1 medium orange, unpeeled
12 ounces fresh cranberries
1 medium orange
2/3 cup honey
dash ground cloves
dash ground ginger
2/3 cup chopped walnuts

Cut the unpeeled orange into 8 pieces. Remove the seeds. Place half the cranberries and four of the orange pieces in a food processor with the steel blade. Coarsely chop, pulsing the blade. Do not chop too finely. Pour the mixture into a medium mixing bowl and repeat with remaining cranberries and oranges pieces.

Add remaining ingredients and stir until well blended. Refrigerate. Stir before serving.

Yield: about 4 cups of cranberry sauce.

hey with this relish, a small variety is some people like walnuts chopped up in it for a good flavor
