These look like brownies, but they're not. Sure taste good, though. It makes a lasagne-pan full [bigger than 9X13]
Preheat oven to 325.
In a large zipper bag, crush a whole box of chocolate graham crackers [not the chocolate covered kind]
3 sticks of butter
stir into butter
2 tsp vanilla
into this, dump the crushed graham crackers, then add
3 cups self-rising flour
2 cups nuts [walnuts or pecans]
12 oz bag Ghiradelli double chocolate chips
mix together. batter will be super-thick
spread into lasagne pan sprayed with Pam. bake at 325 for 50 minutes. Cool in pan, then cut and dig out carefully. They will stay moist, almost wet, but they are done. Don't overbake, as they just become hard.
