I believe in Gods, yes plural, as in more than one. I'm not Wiccan, I'm Pagan, an ecclectic one at that. I do not settle for the same place, or the same thing. I am not a sheep. I cannot stand conformity so if you are like "everyone else"...go away. I believe in Karma, cause it's kicked me in the butt one too many times.
Personal Quote: Life is two parts: Peace and Chaos; it's not all "Love and Light." I am human, I err, I can't always walk the good road. Without both sides of the spectrum there would be no balance. I stand here, somewhere in between. Tell me,.... ........Where are you?

Enough said? =)

Where am I?

In California, of course!

Or do you mean that you want me to define my spiritual path?

I call myself an "Eclectic Transitionist". Yes, it is meant to be humorous.

I'm in transition. I've been a Pagan for more than half my life now, was Wiccan for about 14 years, and am now settling into a more private and personal path that I cannot really explain yet.

:-)

I recognize the Divinity of Nature, and seek communion with It.

I yam what I yam...that's all I yam...

Honestly because that fits my choice of religion the best. I'm not Xtian, I'm not Muslim, or anything else like that. So, there ya have it. *G*

I use the term "Animistic Dualist." Sure, it's deliberately humorous. But I believe that Spirit is in all things, and that we humans naturally experience and interpret the Universe in a Dualist manner (long post on this somewhere). But ultimately, in a functionally infinite Universe, we finite beings can have only a partial understanding of It by definition.

So, is an elephant like a rope, or a tree, or a wall? We're all partially right, and partially wrong in any individual - or group - interpretation of the Infinite. I personally like worshipping nekkid or in cool robes waving a pointy thingie and reciting second-rate poetry just because it's cool.

No, seriously...it's because it's how I seem to relate best to the Infinite. I do Ritual to be social. Privately, I just try to Be. No chants, no spells, no altars. Because to me, all of the Earth is an altar, all that we say is a spell, and Magick is all around us. But that's just my personal interpretation.

Your milage may vary. Does not include tax, title, or service charges. Slightly higher west of the Rockies.

BB,
Lar
