2 cans garbonzo beans
2 tablespoons Tahina (seasame paste)
juice from one lemmon
6 cloves of garlic
dash of pepper, cumin and tumeric
Blend all the ingredients except for olive oil in a food processor. Add olive oil to get desired consistancy.
2 cups basil leaves
1/4 cup parmagane (sp, way off, I know)
at least 3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup pinon nuts
pepper to taste
Same thing as the hummus, mix in food processor and add olive oil to get the consistancy you want.
