Dance for me

I whisper
dance for me

dance within the mountain
halls of secrets
rejoicing in being

dance in the eye
of the storms rapture
at being alive

dance within the fire
and let the lava
love away the pain

dance upon the shore
as the wind and water
sing your soul

dance among the stars
the jewels of our dreams
and see what will be

I beg
dance for me
so that someday
I may dance too

This was written as my farewell (perhaps temporary, I am not sure yet) from the minister's group I have been a member of for well over a year.

I have now pretty much cut active ties with both ULC and Universal Ministries. I have gotten tired of being used as a grind stone when somebody else has an axe to grind.

I had to do it for myself, but it still hurts.

A beautiful poem (I think Bluehawk should put music to it).

I'm sorry that what inspired such pretty words has hurt you, and I hope things get resolved

I'd rather not go into it... the basis came to me as I was listening to some music sent to me by a friend... just imagined myself dancing on a beach somewhere.

And you can take that any way you like.
