Every child loves their mother; and wants to compliment her: 
My Mama was as white as cotton balls floating in the ski that formed vast clouds on scorching and sunny days.

Eumelanin is the dominant form of melanin found in human skin.
It shields tissues and DNA from radiation damage by UV light.

My MAMA is so Swedish white, she couldn't help it; she loved my Papa… he was from the NAVAJO tribe because she loved his lovely smile; she could not really mind his Tan redskin color ...

My MAMA was so white everyone knew she was part of a Greek Goddess! Her name was Achelois, the minor moon goddess whose name means “she who washes away pain”.
