Who is Yasmine?

Yasmine is an Arab woman that grew up in a fundamentalist Muslim home in Canada.

Despite living in a western country her childhood more directly look like living under Sharia law in Saudi Arabia. She was compelled to wear a HIJAB at age 9 and was later put into an arranged marriage. She left her husband and tried to regain control over her life.

Most of the courageous women get killed - even by their parents or community!
