We (the Europeans) should have never gone to other land and culture and let them find out their own predicament for survival - other than that great songs was creatively done.

Following the visit of South African star Steve Hofmeyr to Flanders and the Netherlands, VBTV had a conversation with him and the initiators, the European parliamentarians Gerolf Annemans and Olaf Stuger (PVV).

Dankie.  Ek laai dit nou af.   Ons hou van Steve se konserte.

Lede van Vlaamsblok was hier dekades terug.  Hulle was geneem na Hillbrow woonsbuurt in Johannesburg.  Daar kon hulle sien hoe dinge vinnig agteruit gaan.  Indien hul fotos geneem het het die inboorlinge geld verwag.  Standaarde word nie meer toegepas.

Choose your words carefully. They could almost be misconstrued into a desire to feel that paranoid child (groper Biden style).

Well it's four in the morning by the sound of the birds,
I'm starin' at your picture, I'm hearin' your words.

I am unaware of any difference
 You still support me now
 People love me anyhow
And I am still under your influence

I am not always able to appreciate music.  I will stick to Bonnie Tyler, Abba, ONJ, Elvis, Smokie, Pretenders etc

WOW!!  Great artist and bands... grinning

I have to check up on the Pretenders, though ... so far I haven't heard of them yet!

If unfamiliar with "The Pretenders" then you were lusted into existence too late.  Their sexy singer Chrissie Hynde has a unique voice which can quiver.

The following songs were customized to extract the flavour of her quality voice:  "Love is a mystery" + "Kid" + "977" + "Back on the chain gang".

I also like specific Afrikaans music whose artists you would not know.

I think ONJ - Olivia Newton John might have died.  i am not sure.

I looked it up:

The Pretenders are an English–American rock band formed in March 1978. The original band consisted of founder and main songwriter Chrissie Hynde, James Honeyman-Scott, Pete Farndon, and Martin Chambers.

The band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2005.
