We need as an urgent matter to prepare a list of those whom we suspect of being part of this criminal conspiracy against mankind. We must prepare it before hostilities break out to ensure that the people's rage and bloodlust, once aroused, are directed against the right targets. The list should include officials, administrators, journalists, politicians, judges, executives, bankers, investors, philanthropists, scientists, doctors, and academics at the local, state/provincial, national, and international level.
