Some good news from our family. My granddaughter, Lindzey, had her baby last night (a Thanksgiving baby!),  Lindzey had a girl – Kingsley Jayde at 8:47pm, 6 lbs. 9 oz.  They’re both doing well.  Something to be truly thankful for on this 2020 Thanksgiving.

How truly delightful for you!!!  Is this Lindzey's second?  I hope she has a better time of it.

Yes, it's Lindzey's second.  She saw the pediatrician yesterday and Kingsley is healthy and doing well.  I was going to go take care of her today while Lindzey went grocery shopping but, just before I left to go over there, Lindzey figured out she could order from Walmart, and pick it up from her car.  I'm so glad she has that option.  I sure didn't want her to take a new baby into a store.

I’ve been doing the WalMart pick up since this Covid thing began.  It’s great. Sometimes I don’t get all I order, but for the most part I do.

Good Morning,  It's time to move back home.  I just got Cathy's SD card in the mail yesterday so I will be uploading retreat pictures to Shutterfly in a few days.

Sound like a good ideal.

the ladies tied you donated quilt yesterday and I got it bound today by adding a couple of pieces of green leftover binding.  It looks very nice!  Thanks for the donation!

Here we are, back home on the VOS thread.  Glad everyone arrived home safely.  Really missed those who couldn't come.  Haven't really sewed a stitch since I got home.  Emptying a lot from my sewing room to make room for moving my long arm next week.  Amazing what you can store under a long arm table.  Gives me another chance to sort through stuff and share some with others.

The weather has improved greatly here, I may have to think about gardening soon!!

Quilt guild is Thursday, and I have a bag of tops to do, with no motivation to get started!!  Course having a bottle lamb doesn't really motivate me either!  Elsa is doing well, she jumps on and off the couch now.  Have been taking her out to visit the sheep, so maybe she will remember that she is one.  Have more ewes due to lamb next week, hoping that all goes well.

I did clean out a corner of my building, and am trying to go thru 3 tubs of guild stuff that I am storing, taking old mags to the meeting for distribution!  Have quilting mags from the 80"s, some good ideas, but we really don't need templates usually-LOL. Got it down to 2 tubs, newsletters back to the 90"s, but they take up a little less space.

Elsa was adorable to watch during the zoom meetings. I never figured out why she is bottle fed. Did her mama have problems? Keep us posted on when she can join the rest of the herd.
