(((( Laura ))))  I'm sorry for the results of you test.  Thankfully it is small and caught early.  Praying for your plan of attack with the surgeon.

Positive thoughts can't hurt and can possibly be beneficial.  Negative thoughts and fear are definitely bad.

Worry and stress over the things you DO have control over .. and your outlook is one of them.  You have no control over how the cancer happened, so don't spend any emotional time castigating yourself over what might have been or what you could have/should have/might have done.

You do have (some) control over future actions.  Do some research.  Listen to the doctors.  Ask them questions.  Look at alternative solutions and discuss them with your medical team.

All you've said is sooo true.

      You are soo wise...

Hilda!?!  It's wonderful to see you here.  What have you been keeping with?  How old are those darling boys of yours?  How old are they now?

Do stick around!!  You are missed!  Pat too!

It became apparent the trustee of my brother's small estate was not doing the job well and was not preserving assets as required and was taking advantage of the situation.

Sad that people have to take advantage of situations where the should be doing the right thing.  Hope you get it straightened out and back to sewing!!

15 year loan is a great way to get your house paid off!  Then when you do take your usual payments and put into your longterm savings/investments

A girl after my own heart! :D <3 My kinda thinking :D

Hi Judy,

I do read the forum daily, so keep up with all of you.  I've never been much of a poster.  I've been knitting and knitting.  I did finally update my blog which I hadn't felt inclined to do for a couple of years!  I'm still quilting donation quilts, since Lindsay works at the clinic and lets me know when they are running out.

The grandboys turned 10 at the end of December.  I haven't seen them in almost a year now.  Hope to get out there this summer.  I've gotten both vaccine doses.

It's snowing this morning...a storm blew in overnight.  The wind has been really crazy this year.  Take care,

Hilda

So glad you  have updated your blog!  Lots of eye candy!  Would you like some alpaca yarn to play with?  I have some i will never use and there is probably enough for a hat or two.  I'll bring it when I come out--sometime in the hopefully nearer future!
