There are quite a few work locations I could pick from. We just want to live in a nice area and we want a rambler with a pool. Probably a newer home so we can get a big wall for our projector and room for my sewing. Hopefully prices will steady out soon. Here it is the same thing, bidding wars galore. I am glad we built last year.

I guess you were serious when you mentioned moving here. We loved Ahwatukee which is part of Phoenix. It's where we had dinner when you were here. You didn't get to see any of the area. We also like Gilbert. It is growing fast. What are you looking for? City, town or more country? Bob and I would love to show you around if you and Robert have time when you are here.

We would love for you guys to show us around. This trip we will have 2 of our kids and my brother in law and his wife though. Can we plan something for in a couple of months when Robert and I could come alone? I so appreciate your willingness to help. As far as what we are looking for, we just want a pool and we want to be in a decent commuting distance from a AAA office. I don’t want to work in the Gilbert office though. I do commute 40 min each way right now and it is no problem at all.

How exciting! I imagine it will be hard to leave the beautiful home you just had built though. I followed your progress on Facebook and loved how it all came together. I was especially taken with the beautiful yard you put in. Now you'll get to work your magic on another place.
I just looked up AAA and was excited to learn that they have an office in Sun City West. We live in Sun City West. We've really enjoyed living here - it's a wonderful 50+ community and we love it. It has a mixture of newer and older homes, lots of active people with lots of fun activities going on all the time. I belong to a very active quilting club that meets within about 5 minutes of all of the homes in SCW. You'd be such a wonderful addition to the quilting club - you're so creative and the ladies would go wild for your quilts.
I'd be happy to take you around SCW, and areas near it, when you're here.

That would be great. We will be gone or watching the kids dogs a good part of June. July or august are pretty open. I'll look up locations of AAA offices and see what is in those areas.
How's the quilting going? Did you get the quilt for your bed done? Pictures requested if you did.

That sounds great. We will plan a trip for later in the summer and I will contact you then. We have teenagers to entertain this trip mostly.

Quilting is going great. I need to get another project ready to go on the longarm but I finished the duvet cover.

The weather will be better in June, but we do need to see what we are In for with the hotter weather. I am tightening up plans with my daughter and sister in law. We might be able to squeeze in an afternoon or something this trip. The guys will be golfing a lot. The girls have looser plans. We do want to find a good place for a massage while we are there. We also would like recommendations of other activities that would be fun.
