How wonderful that a quilt that has so much sentimental meaning to you now has so much "glory" awarded to it because of your excellent quilt making skills and artistic eye.  I am sure that your Mom and your Gram are delighted that they were the inspiration for this lovely work of art.

Yes it was.  This was my first quilt entry.  I’ve done lots of counted cross stitch pieces I ‘ve entered and received many ribbons including Best of Show, advanced division.  Both were eligible for the state fair, but I didn’t want to ship them.
