Sometimes, you just gotta let an idea percolate in the back of your brain?

Percolate?  I'd say you were more of a Mr. Coffee quick drip the way you come up with such great ideas so quickly!

Reply sent via PM.  I love a scheming mystery.

I'm working on cleaning, organizing, priming and painting my garage. I'm super annoyed though. Trash is only taking the basics, dump places aren't taking anything, and Goodwill's not taking donations. I'm stuck!

I have a growing number of boxes marked "donate" and am just storing them until I can donate them. Likely I will have to make more than one trip to drop things off.......time will tell.

I finally have all the blocks and borders finished for the BH 2018 Mystery - Good Fortune.  I will press the remaining pieces and start sewing the rows together tomorrow.  Also have made more string block, had a minor vein surgery this morning, and had dinner of New Mexico Green Chili Chicken Soup delivered to me by a neighbor.  Handed her the pan of Brownies I made for them.  Here on my block, we're all hanging together and it's a good thing.

I don't go out much to start with. and now it's raining again.  I love rain..

Everyone be safe.

And TA DA!!   The Hawaiian Applique *top* is done.  I had thought that I had started the applique blocks last year, but the date from the camera shows the first block was done in February 2020.   The last block was in 4/2020 and I finished stitching the border today, 4/7/2020.

It measures 65" x 80" and I'll make the bias binding for it before I hang it up to join all the other tops to be quilted.

Patience is a virtue!  Just label boxes and store them until this stay at home order is rescinded.  You'll be able to get things redistributed in a weekend!  Life is too short to be "super annoyed".  After my Dad had his first hard attack(before the clot busting drugs), he had to go from being type A to a Don't Sweat the Small Stuff kinda guy.  It was hard but he did it.

Absolutely outstanding!  I love the colors--kind of tropical.  How many quilt tops do you have lined up to quilt?
