You are making good progress on those chicks. How many will there be?

There are 24 hen blocks (I've done 11), 6 flower blocks, 4 hen house blocks, 1 fox block, and 1 rooster block. That's a total of 36 blocks.

You will be working on this for a little while longer. Your "forever" projects never seem to take forever.

I have spent the last three days doing scrap management of three large paper bags stuffed full of fabric. cutting to sizes I use most, sorting what will be passed on to others. Was working on my 2019 Frolic Bonnie Hunter Mystery but ran out of one fabric. Tracked some down and ordered and it arrived 9-21. I was surprised at how fast Farm Fresh Fabrics out of NY shipped my order. It was the only place that had it. Lucky me. I put binding on a QOV, my 2017 BH workshop quilt and also finished Good Fortune the 2018 BH Mystery. So WHY do I still have so many UFO's that need to be done and gone?
My HST projects ate up a bunch of those, but got bored and put them aside for now. Life is good and I am making progress. Also getting the house ready for new flooring upstairs and in the stairwell. Then new baseboard throughout the whole place. I want to be a minimalist and have very few thing other than my sewing machines and fabric.
I love my new Christmas quilt. I give everything away except the Bonnie Hunter Mysteries. Those I keep for myself most of the time.

Thank you.
The pattern is called My Blue Heaven. It’s under the free patterns tab on Bonnie Hunter’s quiltvilleblogspot.com. I really enjoyed making it, as it used up a lot of my odds & ends Christmas fabric.

Love your quilt!! Makes me tired just thinking of all you have accomplished.

I finally got around to finishing my covid quilt. Back in March I had this idea of making a tiny house with a kid or character looking out the door for each day o quarantine. After 70 days, I got sick of it so called it quits.
