Viola I am in Southwest Ohio. Yesterday was gray and cold, but today the sun is beautiful. We say stick around in Ohio if you don't like the weather today it will change.
Enjoy your sunshine in Arizona.

Well the last of the 10 tops I'v been working on is done - geesh this one took a long time but I did use up a lot of scraps with the 16 patch blocks. It definitely falls under the heading of not ever again.... And now to get busy quilting the 10 tops...

WHAT??? You're not going to stack them up until you have a hellacious pile? What a novel idea!

And then there are some us who are the goofy ones east of the Mississippi who quilt their quilts as they create the tops one by one by one.
(Lynne excluded. LOL)
Must be something in the drinking water ....

I get dizzy just thinking about those sixteen patch blocks, Dee.
I see them, but I don't believe them.

I am a obsessive finisher, 10 was as big as I could let the stack get.

I have to disassemble my pressing area and install the bars on my LA, I don't like to go to the effort until I have several to quilt.

Of course. That makes sense.
Your new house will be designed with the most spacious quilting room in Texas thanks to your careful planning with the kindest DH in the world.
(Or remember Bonnie Della Camera in Florida whose DH built her a huge separate pole barn for her stash and her longarm and all of her "stuff"?? As I recall she had a loft for her batting. I made her one of my bobbin fobs back in the day. Maybe you could go that route on your acreage. Dream big, girl!)
