What Are You Working On Now?   General Discussion

I love watching Donna Jordan's YouTube videos. I saw one recently for a foolproof  double wedding ring, I need to order the ruler so I can make it for our little cousins wedding. She sent me some pictures of what she wants and there were lots of those in blues.

I actually got to quilt some today. Wohoo!  Found out I’m awful at the stacked swirl thing. (I call them rainbow swirls-don’t know the real name. ) So I loaded another one and it is getting the same pattern. Surely by the time I do 2 whole quilts I’ll be better at it. If not, I have more tops waiting!

Looks good.  Glad you got to empty that tub.  I'm sure there are many more.  The scraps multiply.  I'm trying to use up some of mine, too.

Finally got 5 of my flimsies quilted, washed and dried.  Several more to go.

Nice work, Lynn.  You have been busy.  Funny how those tops just pile up.  You have tackled quilting them and calling them done.

so, she is a happy camper!  My scrap top is finished, and I don’t have to find a backing, quilter, binding, etc!  Lol.....it is off my plate!

Win! Win!

The more you do the better they get. I doodle a lot with paper and pencil........it really helps me nail down designs so when I quilt them it helps. I sometimes fill pages and pages.  Glad you have time for some quilting. You must be pretty busy as I rarely see you post.

Your color wheel will make a bright and cheerful pillow. I love it.

WHAT???   You're not going to stack them up until you have a hellacious pile?  What a novel idea

As in "You're not going to follow my example!"?

This quilt looks like I’m sober so I’m glad I made myself do a second one. I had to get out of the feathers, long swirls, and pebble rut.

I will say this is a dead ass boring all over pattern and I probably will confine it to nice wide borders from now on.

I have been quite busy with work. We are getting sold and so all the corporate people are scrambling like rats on a sinking ship. We are trying to just keep our heads down and count down the days.

That bird house wall hanging is very cute.  When I clicked on the link, it becomes larger and right side up.  Your picture uploads are working.
