Working on a binding and custom label for a customer quilt. Lady's husband found my card at the quilt shop and wanted to know if I could finish hand turned binding and make a label, said his wife just couldn't finish. Two hours later they show up with a lap quilt, the wife is wearing a chemo cap and not moving well. Just broke my heart!!!

the scalloped flange is done - finally. I started on the actual binding last night, felt extremely easy after that scallop treatment

here's an easy layout, I think it was a kit I saw in connecting threads. But I thought it was a great use of some of the striped fabric in my stash. Hardest part was figuring out the setting triangles. And I didn't do that right, I put sashing down the sides of some blocks I didn't need to. Oh well, once it's quilted no one will notice.
