That came out really nice. I was watching you prep the hexis and you are really fast and efficient at that.

my sister had purchased a panel, jelly roll & layer cake and asked if I would make a twin size quilt for her grandson. It is very nice (expensive) fabric, much nicer than I usually purchase for an entire project. I'm trying to use up every bit of the fabric without purchasing more - I did have to add the gray sashing, and plan to use the same for binding. It matches relatively well. Definitely not my typical colors, but it was fun to try and figure a pattern and what to cut to utilize the available fabric.

thanks. I was kind of shocked how big it is - I guess I haven't made many true bed quilts. Even a twin is large when you have a 12" drop. There was barely room to hang it on my wall.

Finally have the tshirt quilt on the quilter It finished up at 110 x 110. I still think that is way too big for a tshirt quilt, but not my circus, not my circus tent.

Been working on the garage, building a work station so I can have my tools easily at the ready, etc.
