working through patterns saved/purchased.
The first one is called Logjam from Jordan fabrics
the second is Watercolors by Ledine Watson. She spoke at our guild last year, local police officer who has taken up quilt pattern design. She really has a thing for flying geese. I tried a medium gray instead of white or black. not sure how I like it, but it looks better in person.

I can't remember if I've posted this one or not. It was a bag of cut triangles, some sewn but many not. I didn't like the pattern in the bag, so I just went with my own. I may add a border at some point.

Log Jam looks like a good one for scraps. Always on the look out for those.

Sew Yeah Quilting has a free pattern for what you are calling "Log Jam," but they call it the "3-4-5 Quilt," and the only difference is the way the blocks are turned, to make a different secondary pattern.

It's more of a Stretched Star design.

This UFO is really old. I was causing Instagram and saw some funky birds and starting drawing my version and the flowers just kinda came together. I will be prepping the applique for this as my new take along project. I am glad I finally came up with a fun new applique design for this.

It will be fun. I really need a take along handwork project and this should keep me busy for awhile. I am going to a local retreat this week and plan to do the prep work of cutting out parts for this to make it a kit to be able to grab and go.
