I'm glad you're enjoying sewing and quilting again.  It's nice to take a break from working on a major project (the scrapbooks) and just quilt.  Audrey's Bright Hearts is a very sweet quilt.  The colors are like salt water taffy.

That was on a need to know basis and nobody but Project Linus HQ needed to know.  Let's just say that over a 12 year time span it was a heck of a lot.  And that's why it broke my heart when they told me that I had to quit because I was not "raising brand awareness".

what the heck does that mean, in terms of donating quilts??   What "brand" were they expecting you to have on your *donated* quilts??

The top was made about eight years ago, and I added an applique giraffe.   Most of the scraps were gingham I know that the blue and green gingham was left over from DMIL work tops when she worked as a nurses aid, and the yellow and pink may have been leftovers from "favorite cousins" baby quilt.

Glas to know that you at least have some kind of record.  Do you sign your quilts?
