I think this #3 fabric is appropriately cheerful and casual for the quilt.
you're just saying that because you are my friend.... :-)
I am saying that because I have a discerning eye for the correct border for a light-hearted quilt.
I definitely like #3 the best. The dots seem to emphasize some of the dots in the quilt. It looks more playful and less stark.
I'm surprised no one saw the mistake in the layout. Fortunately I saw it before it was quilted. The blog post is done. I'll post a link in a separate thread.
