Have any of y'all used that Free Fuse basting powder?  Here's a short video by Alex Anderson about it.  EDITED TO ADD:  Well, it's not so short, but has some good stuff in it.

That would be worth trying.  No overspray on my floor - and no fumes.  It might also work pretty slick for wool applique.  Thanks for sharing Jonna.

I bought a shaker of the Free Fuse I think the Quilter's Run in 2019...

The biggest question I have now is does it expire? probably no one knows yet! But since Alex said it was polyester powder..it may not expire.

Still have to try it...was very interesting to see Alex demo the actual amount.
