It’s come to my attention that we never really explained the use for the laminated pictures we made this year.
Every year we’ve provided those cloth placemats for our machines, and we thought it would be fun to make a new placemat with all of our dear friends on it so we can quilt with each other all the time. 
we hope you liked them, it was so fun looking back at each year and watching the group get bigger and bigger! 
I am so glad Linda Poo brought me to meet all of you wonderful ladies!

I was trying to think of how to split the placemat into two so I could hang them on the wall..both sides showing. LOL!!!

Well, I have finally vacuumed my sewing area and unloaded my machine!  I can sew next week! YIPPEE!   

i have carefully soaked my DJ triangles that got stained.  They are ready for a careful steam pressing and then I finish adding my last row of triangles.  I am calculating in my head how wide a border to add around the outside for the scallop + quilting space.  I will add that also.

i so wanted this done for retreat, but it just didn’t happen.  Oh well….deadlines don’t matter right?  I am sewing today with friends, but I am going to do some simple charity.  I don’t want to drag Jane out yet again….
