Yes, eventually!  I work on my strings when I have a need for mindless therapy!  Lol!  And I have plenty of strings!

I love star blocks, I did a giant carpenter wheel at a few retreats back and want to make more of those.

well Friendship star is so easy, I guess it's my favorite.  But this is the quilt on my AQS calendar this month - very prettt,  It has stars inside stars.
