Wishing you all a blessed Thanksgiving.  We take so much for granted.  It's important to stop and take time to think about all we have to be thankful for. It's not just about the turkey and the pies.  So many in this world are still hungry.  One thing I'm thankful for is the friendship of all of you here on the forum.  You enhance my life.

All of you are one of the things I am thankful for today. 

I managed to cook a turkey with all the trimmings today in 6 hours. My favorite was the homemade cranberry sauce.

Have you sold you Cali house yet?

Thanks.  We are excited that we are finally moving forward and not waiting on another delay or solving design issues.  Now we get to move forward to making selections on SO MANY things!  I'm a bit nervous as I've never been fancy or have had to have the latest and greatest trendy designs.  In fact, we are trying to make it clear we don't want all white everything.  We enjoy color and personality and traditional woods and finishes.  We'll see how it goes!

We have not sold our CA house yet but lots of renovation has been done to make it more attractive to a new generation of buyers.  We hope it is finished, staged and on the market by mid December.  We really want (need) it to sell in this tax year because of tax laws etc.  If it doesn't we'll just have to deal accordingly.  

I hope there is still room. Just sent my registration request. 

Still need a roommate. My trusted friend Ami's bringing a husband :P

I hope everyone had a pleasant Thanksgiving no matter when you celebrated.  As long as each of us took some time to reflect on all the riches we enjoy in this great country and in each of our lives...  just as they are!
