Has anyone used the discount travel sites to book airfare?  Which one did you use?  Were there any problems?

I've used Priceline and Expedia. Both are good and both end up with about the same pricing. LOL!!!!

News this morning is way more encouraging!

The vent has been turned to backup so she is breathing on her own...

The eeg leads are off!

Pupils are now responding normally!!! Thank you, Lord...it wasn't permanent!

Her job today is to pee out all the extra liquid so they can close up the Incision - pee Maisy, pee!

Thank G-d Maisy is improving.  We will all continue to send up prayers for her continued improvement and recovery.

Suze, it is amazing the surgeries they can now do!  So glad she is doing ok!  Prayers for speedy recovery and healing!

I have an interesting turn of events to relate ....  I was reminded that Ami's husband, Mark, and Dee's husband, Ronnie, will be accompanying them to the Retreat.   My husband, Tom, has been with me twice before.

So, I talked it over with Tom and now he is coming with me ... we will be making a Road Trip of it.

Tom has met Mark & Bob before but not Ronnie.   I have every confidence that the guys will have a grand time.  :-)

Yup that will give Bob something to do while Cathy is at retreat.
